This award is based on an agent's sales activity, professional knowledge, association participation and civic accomplishments. In 2017 I graduated from the Richmond Association of REALTORS® Leadership Development Academy. The six-month program is designed to develop service-oriented Realtor members for professional, civic and community leadership roles. In 2018 I was named the Outstanding Sales Associate of the Year by the Richmond Association of REALTORS®.Before becoming a real estate agent I worked for a financial institution for 13 years. I gained extensive experience in sales, consumer and mortgage lending, and credit counseling. During my time in lending, I was the number 1 loan producer, and I excelled in all areas of sales and service, winning numerous awards while acting as a coach and mentor for my colleagues.
